Angela is so kind and goes out of her way to make you feel special and at home. The staff are so good, the service is A1, the environment so relaxed and clean and the coffee, the food and the pastries are better than anything in Melbourne. Heaven On Earth is right there at Evangelines. Highly rrvommended.

Ohhhh my goodness!! What a GORGEOUS little HUMBLE cafe!! We went for the steak night, and they happily catered for me as a plant based human too! Simply the BEST salad, chips and veg ever, and the most tender and succulent steak we had ever seen. Thick, tasty and perfect mushroom sauce......and those chips.....oh wow. And extremely well priced. Kind, cheerful and gentle people serving us, we literally had the best meal out that we have had for many years. Extremely unexpected. We even had a lovely chat with other friendly customers and felt very relaxed and comfortable. It all washed down with a beautiful apple cider. Next time we will get coffee and cake to top it off. And next time will be next weekend! We have found a real gem.Thank you so much Evangeline 's, for such a lovely meal and a friendly, humble and satisfying experience. Very grateful.

I went to the cafe a few days ago staff are very friendly and professional we had chai lattes in there while exploring local area. The cafe has a lovely charm to it as well definitely highly recommend this place for brunch or lunch, dinner. They also serve wine and other Alochol beverages.

The breakfast was really great and delicious, this is one of the best cafes in our area, the owner of the restaurant is very generous, he made us food that was not on the menu and did not charge us for that food.

Nice little cafe. I had the smashed avo. Lots of avocado, were not stingey. The eggs were cooked to perfection. I tried some of the french toast which was delicious. The prices are about right. What you would normally pay for these things. Staff were friendly and nice. They were accommodating and put two tables together to seat us. My grandparents come here all time, and I can see why! Very nice place, I will be back with family and friends to show them. The cakes in the fridges looked absolutely delicious!Our meals came out roughly the same time too, which was great. Couldn't fault it. Large range of vegetarian selections too.
